Is her career on the slide? Amy Childs shrugs off low ratings to enjoy some fun in the sun

Her reality show ratings aren't the only thing sliding fast.

Amy Childs whooped with glee as she enjoyed the kiddies pool entertainment at her hotel in Dubai yesterday.

The 21-year-old frolicked on the slippery slide before prancing round the pool in a skimpy pink bikini during her New Year's holiday.

The former TOWIE star went for a more natural style for her day of tanning and swimming, with just a hint of mascara on her sun-kissed face.

The pretty redhead actually looked her age for once, without the lashings of fake lashes, tan and enormous bouffant hair.

Amy was in great spirits, laughing as she slipped down the slides and smiling happily and she wandered around poolside.

Childs is on holiday in the Middle East with her family and friend Peter Andre.

The duo have been sparking interest from fans with the flirtatious antics that they have documented on Twitter.

In one photo posted earlier this week, the bikini-clad redhead can be seen sitting on the topless Australian's back as he lies poolside on a sun lounger.

He then added a picture of Amy's brother Will sitting on his back, saying: 'It must run in the family ; get off Wills man , your a bit heavier than your sis.'

Katie Price's ex-husband had already revealed he spent New Year's Eve with the former The Only Way Is Essex star, sharing a photo of the pair posing for the camera. He wrote: '@MissAmyChilds is nuts nuts nuts.'

And added on New Year's Day: 'What a night !! I remember smoking a Cuban whilst talking with Hugh Grant. Felt like Tony Montana. Then downhill with burger & chips 4am.

The pair, who share the same management, have both denied being anything more than friends, with Amy also having to deny having a crush on another one of Katie's exes, Alex Reid.

She has constantly been compared to the glamour model - something she encouraged suring her early days of fame - and wrote in her weekly column that she was 'fed up with the Katie Price Links'.
